Daryl Sando, Trade Advisor

Daryl Sando serves as a Trade Advisor for SS&A, providing clients with analysis and strategic advice on a variety of international trade issues, including: bilateral and multilateral negotiations, U.S. trade preference programs, and international labor standards and compliance. In addition, Ms. Sando coordinates and implements government relations initiatives in Washington, DC.

Prior to joining Sorini, Samet & Associates, Ms. Sando worked with an international freight forwarder assisting in the shipment of goods on behalf of U.S. government contactors. As a graduate student, Ms. Sando’s research portfolio included a wide range of trade topics, but primarily focused on intellectual property rights and the pharmaceutical industry. Over the course of seven years she conducted research on the HIV/AIDS crisis in Sub-Saharan Africa and legal solutions to providing access to essential medicines.

Before attending graduate school, Ms. Sando attended Cedarville University, where she cultivated her interest and knowledge of international business and trade. She participated in a ten-week travel study tour through Europe allowing her to interact with government and international businesses while visiting ten European nations.
