We consistently apply our knowledge and capabilities into implementing ambitious legislative initiatives aimed at modifying U.S. and international trade laws, including trade litigation, most-favored nation/normal trade relation status, preference programs, product classifications, tariff rates, and other legislative and regulatory initiatives.

SSA’s strong relationship with government agencies, international organizations, corporations, industry associations, and non-governmental organizations enables to us create, coordinate, and lead multi-stakeholder coalitions and initiatives in order to achieve seminal and challenging developments in international trade rules and procedures as well as labor and sustainability issues.  We work with our extensive network of government and industry leaders to organize support within governments and private sector to find solutions for the needs of clients.  Our firm also teams up with some of the world’s best public relations, media, and academicians to assess and improve the technical, economic, and social impact of trade and labor policies.
